Welcome to episode 50 of "This One Thing" where we are challenged to apply God's truth to our daily lives. This week Kerri Kenyon Dern and Crystal Wright go back into Psalm 121 to reflect upon God's perfect protection of His people as they journey through life.  Psalm 121:8 says, " The LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore."  

God has made a promise to watch over and protect His children in every season of our lives.  But God's protection does not always look the way we imagined it should, leaving us confused, defensive, and angry.  You may find yourself doubting and even fighting against God's protection because you can't make sense of the circumstances you find yourself in.  Psalm 121:8 is a reminder that despite your uncertainty or troubled heart, God is faithfully watching over you just as He has faithfully watched over every generation.  Kerri and Crystal share how this verse has challenged them to submit each circumstance of their lives to God, believing that He is protecting the plans He has for them and is using their unique journeys to bring them into greater intimacy with Him.  Their prayer is that you would receive God's loving invitation to trust Him with every detail of your life and grow in your confidence in His perfect protection.
